Who We Are
Together, we are united in our fight against pediatric cancer
Our year-round fundraising efforts culminate in an annual fundraising event each spring, where alumni and friends come together to raise funds and awareness in the fight against childhood cancer.
All proceeds are donated to Penn State Dance Marathon (THON), the largest student-run philanthropy in the world. Since its inception in 1973, THON has raised over $203 million dollars for their sole beneficiary, Four Diamonds.
Four Diamonds offsets the cost of treatment that insurance does not cover for childhood cancer patients at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital. They also fund research, which drives groundbreaking discoveries towards finding a cure.
To this day, Four Diamonds has provided financial & emotional support to more than 4,000 families.
By alleviating the financial burden associated with a cancer diagnosis, Four Diamonds allows families to focus on what matters most: the health of their child. Learn more about our beneficiaries by checking out the websites below:
